The Act requires that each local area establish a single location for individuals seeking employment and training services, as well as requires certain programs or agencies to partner in providing services through this single location branded as part of the America's Job Center of California network.

There are no eligibility requirements or costs to utilize CareerPoint MARIN site and services, however, all guests are required to enroll in CalJOBS.
Individuals can come to CareerPoint Marin and utilize the computers, fax, copy machine, phones, and resources for job training/search-related activities. They may also attend the Pathways to Employment Workshops, hiring events, and receive information and referrals to other partner and community offerings.
