Ceres Youth Culinary & Gardening Volunteer Program

Ceres Community Project's Youth Culinary & Gardening Volunteer Program engages youth ages 8th grade - 14 years old or older to grow food and prepare 100% organic whole food meals to clients in Sonoma and Marin County who are struggling because of a serious illness. Youth volunteers work at one of three program sites (Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, or San Rafael) and are scheduled for regular shifts. We ask youth volunteers to make an initial 3 month commitment and to work at least 2.5 to 3.0 hours per week.
