DBT Center of Marin

DBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, is an evidence-based form of therapy for teens, adults and families. DBT is an approach that can be used for a range of diagnoses, such as: depression, grief/loss, anxiety, relationship difficulties, impulsivity, anger management, etc. The Center offers Group Skills Programs for Adults, Teens, Parents and Families.
