An 84-unit complex in Novato's hills, Deer Park offers a variety of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. These feature kitchenettes, living rooms, and individual heating and air conditioning. Exercise classes, TV viewing, billiards, library, arts and crafts, and areas for private entertaining. Scheduled events, activities and outings. Monthly fees include three meals per day, weekly maid service, linens, utilities and cable television. Transportation to doctors and for shopping is also provided. A beauty/barber shop is on the premises. Managers live on site. Facility tours include a free lunch. Appointments appreciated but not necessary. Small pets permitted. No age limits.
