Provides low cost legal advice and representation in Marin County family law matters from domestic violence, divorce, paternity, child custody & visitation, child support, spousal support, step-parent adoption, emancipation, and guardianship, using a sliding scale fee ($0 to $125 based on income). FACLC assists clients with the following family law matters: Domestic Violence, Restraining Orders, Dissolution of Marriage, Paternity, Guardianship, Child Custody & Visitation, Child Support, Spousal Support, Step-parent Adoptions, Name Changes, and Emancipation
