Short Term: Medical, Rehabilitation, Cardiac. Rehabilitation 7 days per week; Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy. Outpatient rehab services, medical services include physician on duty and/or available 7 days a week, 24/hours per day. RN - Registered Nurses, 24/7, dietitian, social worker and medical team. Outcome care related to return to lower level of care, home - return to prior work schedule.
