Homestead Terrace Resident Council

Housing advocates, for very low and extremely low income Marin County residents and the official voice of the residents living at Homestead Terrace, in Mill Valley, 28 studio units, owned by Marin Housing Authority. For income eligible elderly or disabled people, capable of independent living. Private setting. Rent is federally subsidized tenants pay 30% of their monthly income or 80% of the fair market rate, less a utility allowance. Wait list is currently closed.
