Pickleweed Community Center: Preschool & Children's Center

Pickleweed Preschool is a state-funded, part-day preschool program that readies low-income children for their first year of elementary school. This licensed facility serves 68 children in three classrooms. Please contact the center for eligibility requirements and an application. School-Age Program serves 35 children between kindergarten and fifth grade. The school-age program serves children from the Canal neighborhood. Children are bussed from their schools to the center. Arrangement for bussing is done through San Rafael City Schools.
