The Redwoods, A Community of Seniors

The Redwoods, a Community of Seniors, is a lively, spirited community known for our beautiful campus, rich cultural life and exciting comprehensive programs covering all aspects of physical, social, spiritual, and emotional well being. Our diverse community of residents lead active physical and intellectual lives, supported by an extraordinary staff and embraced by a caring 400-plus core of volunteers. Our residents range in age from 65 to 105 for an average age 87. Established in 1972 by members of the Community Church of Mill Valley (CCMV), The Redwoods, a Community of Seniors, Retirement Community is a freestanding, non-denominational, not-for-profit senior residential community on 10 acres in Mill Valley, California. Today, we are a nationally recognized model for retirement living.
