Seniors At Home (JFCS) Care Management/Counseling Services

Care Management starts with a comprehensive assessment to examine your mental, physical, social, and financial needs. Care managers are able to provide everything from on-going services to a short term senior care consultation to address issues of aging and long term planning. In Marin County, JFCS administers a state-wide voluntary care management program called Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) that assists very low income nursing home eligible seniors to live independently in their home. JFCS offers a wide range of counseling services for seniors, family caregivers, and others in need of psychological support including the BOOST program to help seniors who suffer from mild to moderate depression. Please call to inquire about fees, scholarships, and other eligibility requirements.
