A beautiful 87 apartment Independent and Assisted Living Community (RCFE). Great food served restaurant style, POSITScience Brain Fitness, daily exercise classes, art and autobiography class, live music, housekeeping, utilities, cable TV. Sponsors of the Marin Shakespeare Company and Petaluma City Ballet. On-site Registered Nurse oversees the Health and Wellness Dept. 53 happy employees, about 95 well cared for and pleased residents. Apartments are spacious, each has a kitchen. Opened December 1999. Come visit!

$2500 assessment fee ($3000 couple), pro-rated refund within first 90 days. Studios start at $2700, 1 Bedrooms at $4000, 2 Bedrooms at $4950. Assisted living services start at $150.
