The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved California's Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) Waiver which provides a continuum of care modeled after the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria for substance use disorder treatment services.
