Methadone Detoxification and Maintenance:

Narcotic replacement treatment services are a long-term treatment for opiate addiction, and include methadone, treatment planning, individual counseling, and random monthly urinalysis.

Outpatient Treatment with Other Medication Assisted Therapies:

Outpatient treatment services are combined with medications to assist opiate addicted individuals in achieving long term sobriety. Individuals receive a medical exam and continuous monitoring to assist in decreasing cravings and detoxification symptoms. Individuals are supported through individual and group treatment opportunities.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program

MCHWC provides substance abuse counseling and Medication Assisted Treatment for recovery (MAT) to the formerly incarcerated, homeless and general population. MCHWC’s Certified Alcohol Drug Counselors and Certified Addiction Specialists, case managers, registered nurses and outreach specialists are here to support you in a successful reentry.

Services include: Re-entry support and services for formerly incarcerated residents; recovery services for opioid use, heroin, prescriptions pain meds, or alcohol; Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) using Suboxone & Vivitrol; guidance & classes on stress & pain management; individual or group counseling; resources & referrals to outpatient & in-patient treatment programs; and Case Management services with our Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

MCHWC serves patients with Medi-Cal, private insurance and self-pay/sliding fee to meet your recovery needs, and can help you enroll in insurance programs. Click here for more program information.
