County of Marin Health and Human Services

Other Administrative Services

The Division’s remaining administrative services are provided by the BHRS Operations and Facilities Manager and Alcohol & Drug Administrator. These include supervision of clinical administrative staff in all Division locations; oversight of Division compliance efforts; management of all Division-specific facilities issues including Capital Improvement projects; oversight of BHRS Medical records, medication clinic locations, administrative and fiscal management of Full Service Partnerships in the Adult System of Care, as well as other administrative management functions in the Division.

Substance use related administrative services also include responsibility for ensuring Contractor’s compliance in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local laws, statutes, rules, regulations, guidelines and ordinances.  Both informal and formal monitoring of contract objectives and use of funds are performed as well as technical assistance in program planning and implementation and evaluation.

Mental Health and Substance Use Services (MHSUS) changed its name to Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS).  As such, all references in existing departmental policies and procedures to MHSUS can be understood to reference BHRS as well.
