Lee serves as the director of the Office of Aging and Adult Services for the County of Marin. He holds an M.S. in clinical psychology and has held several mental health, social welfare, managerial and executive management positions in the non-profit and public sectors.
With an expertise in building and strengthening networks, Lee has been a leader in community-wide planning and policy development and has collaborated with non-profits, municipalities and statewide organizations to develop connected systems of services and supports for older adults and persons with disabilities.
He is also active in state policy and legislation to support older adults and persons with disabilities so they may live safely and with the resources they need. Currently, he serves as vice-president of the California Association of Area Agencies on Aging (C4A) and co-chair of the C4A policy committee.
