Crestwood Manor: Modesto [1]

Crestwood Behavioral Health has been providing a residential skilled nursing program at our Crestwood Manor - Modesto facility since 1979. Our 184-bed Modesto center serves men and women from a number of California communities, including Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sacramento and Yolo counties. Residents can participate in a four-level program that offers appropriate structure, support and guidance, depending on each resident's treatment needs. Residents participate in a range of regularly scheduled groups, classes and activities, many of which help residents move closer to returning to their communities.
