The County Medical Services Program is a unique county/state partnership formed to provide medical and dental care to individuals age 21-64, residing in California’s 34 rural counties. To be eligible for CMSP, an individual cannot be eligible for Medi-Cal. This program provides eligible applicants with a medical card that may be used for services at participating pharmacies, hospitals, and doctors’ offices.
