Covia [1]

Covia (formerly named Episcopal Senior Communities) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1965 that operates continuing care retirement communities, affordable housing sites, and outreach services in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Monterey, Sonoma, Santa Clara and Marin counties. Covia’s Community Services programs (formally called Novato Independent Elders Program or “NIEP” in Novato) are designed to support the independence and improve the quality of life of Novato residents and beyond.
The City of Novato provides in-kind support which allows Covia’s Community Services to remain at Margaret Todd Senior Center. Covia develops community partnerships which provide outreach, education and advocacy programs for older adults, family caregivers, service providers, and offers many volunteer opportunities for older adults in the community.
