Ceres Home Delivered Meals for People with Illness [1]

Ceres Community Project provides weekly home delivery of meals prepared with love for people dealing with a health challenge such as cancer or heart disease. Delivered Meals consist of 4 compete entrees including side dishes, 1 pint of soup, 1 pint of salad and 1 health dessert. Meals are made with 100% organic food and delivered once a week for up to 24 weeks and are available for everyone in the family.

Eligibility: 

Must be a resident of Marin or Sonoma Counties, In treatment for cancer, heart disease, hepatitis C or another serious condition, not receiving hospice care

Language:

  • Spanish

Fees: 

Meals are available free of charge for families living at/below 200% of the federal poverty level and for a sliding scale above that.

  • Indiviuals with serious illness
