Our Dementia Care Center provides consultations and practical and emotional support to families and caregivers of those with dementia-related conditions, as well as personalized care. An experienced social worker offers individualized plans of care focusing on daily routines and activities, behavioral intervention tools, education, training for homecare attendants, and support for family members and caregivers.
