Quality Management

Quality Management (QM) staff are responsible for a wide array of activities that help ensure that clients receive quality care. QM staff monitor clinical programs and services to make sure that they are accessible, timely and culturally appropriate for clients and families. QM staff partner with clinicians, managers and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve. QM staff respond to client input in the form of satisfaction surveys and grievances, and perform activities to ensure compliance with state and federal contracts/requirements.

Mental Health and Substance Use Services (MHSUS) changed its name to Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS).  As such, all references in existing departmental policies and procedures to MHSUS can be understood to reference BHRS as well.
