Marin County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to provide School-based Prevention and Early Intervention Services in Novato, San Rafael, Sausalito-Marin City and Shoreline Unified Schools. Funding for this contract comes from Mental Health Services Act Prevention and Early Intervention funds allocated for the School-Based services through the FY2020-2023 planning process.

Question: Is this a new RFP or is it a renewal?

Answer: This is a new RFP

Question: Would the County accept additional materials and/or attachments not described in the RFP?

Answer: Yes

Question: Where should resumes for team members already on staff be placed in the RFP (for example, directly after Section C or at the end of the proposal in an appendix), and do resumes count towards the 3-page limit per Program Proposal?

Answer: Resumes should be placed at the end of the proposal.  Resumes do not count towards the 3-page limit.

Question: For team member positions not already filled, can proposers submit sample resumes or job descriptions, and if so, will these count towards the 3-page limit per Program Proposal?

Answer: Yes, proposers may submit sample resumes or job descriptions if proposed positions are not yet filled.  These do not count towards the 3-page limit.

Question: If community providers are partnering with a school district for this proposal, where should the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) be included in the RFP?

Answer: MOUs should be included at the end of the proposal

Question: Does the county have a fillable document for Attachment C (program budget) or should proposers create their own version?
