Questions and Answers:
Question: Curious if Canal Alliance and Northern Marin Community Service applied separately? And if so did the county merge and structure the 2019-2020 programs (Cuerpo Corazón Comunidad, Promotores, outreach, counseling, etc.)?
Answer: This is a new RFP process for fiscal year 20/21
Question: In terms of the structure of award of Program 3, are you all envisioning the Spanish Language Show to be a live call in show? If so will this be daily, weekly or monthly? OR, perhaps a radio show and a podcast?
Answer: The manner in which the show is delivered and the frequency of shows is up to the bidder. These details should be included in the proposal.
Question: The RFP indicates that an MOU with schools is required. I am guessing that does not apply to this program. If it does apply, please explain.
Answer: An MOU is only required if your proposed program will be conducted on a school campus.
