Questions and Answers:
Question: Would you like project team biographies, roles, and/or resumes? If so, can the resumes be placed in an appendix? Would there be a page limit for the appendix?
Answer: Resumes are fine, and putting them in an appendix is fine, as to not affect the submission. There are not points associated with the resumes, so not a big priority in the scoring or decision making process.
Question: Given that this grant is about to begin its third year, have (fairly consistent) data been collected for the first two years? If so, who has been leading and supporting the data collection efforts (e.g., DWCs, MCOE staff, BHRS staff)? Thank you!
Answer: The past two years the two awardees, Novato Unified School District and San Rafael City Schools, have been submitting monthly reports to the county, aggregate reports are then sent to the state each month. Demographic data is included in the monthly reporting.
Question: What are the in-service training requirements for service evaluators, as requested by this RFP?
Answer: If prospective awardees can show proficiency in providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services, the annual training requirement is met. No further or additional training will be required.
