RFP Description:

The County of Marin, on behalf of the Marin County Continuum of Care, seeks written proposals from applicants with demonstrated experience and success in conducting Homeless Point In Time Counts through this Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional services and technical assistance to support the 2024 Point in Time Count (PIT). Responses to this RFP may also be used to procure professional services for the 2026 PIT. The PIT, as mandated by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, is a biennial, one-day, unduplicated count of all people experiencing homelessness in a given Continuum of Care. The successful respondent to this RFP will work with the County and the Local CoC to identify a date to conduct the 2024 PIT, which must be conducted during the last 10 days of January.
