RFP Description: 

The Marin County Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Agency is seeking qualified applicants to run a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) program in Marin County. The objectives of the DUI program are to reduce the number of repeat DUI offenses by persons who complete a state-licensed DUI program; and to provide participants an opportunity to address problems related to the use of alcohol and/or other drugs. The purpose of this RFP is to determine which provider Marin County will endorse to the California Department of Health Care Services.

Answer: Marin County does not have a designated site which a potential CBO would operate out of.  If the CBO provider does not have a location identified, please include in the proposal response a plan and timeline for securing a location.
