Parnow Friendship House (Managed by EAH Housing)

Parnow Friendship House, a 72 unit non-profit apartment community, provides housing for low income seniors 62 years or older, or those under 62 who qualify for the need of an adapted apartment designed for mobility impairments. Housing is provided without regard to race, color, sex, creed, religion, national origin, handicap status or familial status. Parnow Friendship House operates under HUD's Section 202 program for the elderly in conjunction with the Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment Program. Parnow Friendship House is an Equal Opportunity Housing Facility, admitting people in accordance with Local, State and Federal Fair Housing laws, HUD Section 202 and Section 8 Program Regulations and the Affirmative Fair Housing and Marketing Plan (AFHMP) HUD Form 935.2. Income restrictions do apply. Please call property to inquire about current income restrictions. Rent paid is one-third of income. All units are 1 bedroom and all units are designated non-smoking. Elevators and laundry room on site.
