The Villas at Hamilton

These historic buildings were originally Officers Quarters in the early 1930's. Historically renovated buildings provide housing to those 55 and over. Activities complimentary business center equipped with computers and Internet access, fax and copy capabilities. A variety of planned social activities which include craft making classes, games, holiday parties, and educational seminars. Landscaped grounds with courtyards, elevators, wheelchair accessible apartments, laundry care facilities and a controlled access entry system. On-site storage, climate controlled premium wine storage. The three buildings include a clubhouse with kitchen, billiards room and craft room. At time of residency, applicants must be at least 55 or older. Income limits apply based on the area medium income. SSI and Section 8 accepted. Cats and small dogs accepted.
