Marin County Reportable Disease Dashboard

The Marin County Reportable Diseases Dashboard provides information on selected communicable diseases reported among Marin County residents. Use the dropdown menu below to select a disease and explore available data. These conditions are reportable to local public health under California law and are investigated and monitored to identify trends, detect outbreaks, and inform disease prevention and control activities. For additional information about specific communicable diseases, including symptoms, transmission, prevention, and current public health guidance, visit the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Communicable Diseases webpage or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Health Topics webpage.

Additional Data Notes:

  • West Nile Virus: West Nile Virus is a reportable disease that is closely monitored by Marin County Public Health. It is not included in this dashboard due to the small number of cases reported in Marin County during this time period and the need to protect individual confidentiality.
  • Hepatitis C: Hepatitis C data are currently available for 2016–2024. Data for 2025 are not displayed because final case counts are not yet complete and will be added when finalized.
