Idylwood Care Center [1]

Crestwood Behavioral Health has been providing medical and behavioral care treatment at its Idylwood Care Center since 1993. The 170-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with two separate buildings. One focuses on long-term care and rehabilitation services, while the second building serves men and women diagnosed with concurrent medical and neurological conditions. Idylwood Care Center fills the tremendous void in services for residents with concurrent diagnoses, many of whom typically struggle in regular long term placements. Idylwood Care Center in Sunnyvale serves men and women from more than 15 counties from all over California.
