Employment Services

To prepare older job seekers to find and secure stable employment, while minimizing the amount of time clients are unemployed.

Family Caregiver Support Services

Emotional support, education, training and respite care for family caregivers. Caregiver Assessment, Caregiver Case Management, Caregiver Support Groups, Caregiver Training, Caregiver Counseling, Respite Day Care, Respite In-Home Care, Respite Overnight Care, and Respite Out of Home Overnight Care.

Health Insurance Counseling (HICAP)

Health Promotion and Disease Prevention

To improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility, relaxation, and overall health-related quality of life while also decreasing pain and preventing falls in older adults.  Program: Tai Chi for Arthritis.

Information and Assistance

To link older adults, individuals with disabilities and their family members and caregivers to appropriate services by providing information and referrals.
